The Hottest Hair & Makeup Looks at Met Gala 2017
So many heads turned by these gorgeous women that walked the red carpet at Met Gala this year, and each one looked so different from the other, from Rihanna to Katy Perry. These are a few of my favorite looks and some of the hottest trends that are getting set in the beauty and fashion industry by these A-list celebrities & models.

Her makeup artist, Patrick Ta, went for a burgundy smokey eye makeup using berry, purple and bronze shades to pair with this beautiful burgundy gown. Since the focus was on bold brows & the eyes, the rest of the look was straight and sleek to keep everything classy. They definitely did do a wonderful job with her look, especially when its very rare for someone to carry the same eyeshadow shades as their dress. You pretty thing you, Taylor!

Kim sporting the classy sexy look with her middle parting sleek hair, smokey eyes, contoured cheek and a nude lip, which is very much what she loves rocking generally too. Her hairstylist, Michael Silva from Toni & Guy, claims that they wanted to keep the hair strong and graphic, and I think this worked well on her giving her a very 'vogue chic' kinda look. On the other end, her makeup artist, Mario Dedivanovic, decided to go for a more matte makeup look with white matte eyes instead of a classic dewy look with bronze & shimmers which he says is what she usually likes to do. The makeup did work with this outfit, and for a change she looked classy, but I think the contouring could've been toned down a little as in some pictures she looks burnt. Just being honest Kimmy, but you still slay!

For makeup, she experimented and went for a deconstructed black winged liner that had some negative space towards the centre and made a statement on the red carpet. Sometimes, the makeup can be super simple but effective and that's what Gigi went for with her messy up do look and nude pink lips. She's just born naturally hot to rock a look like this!

The modern day cinderella look was the typical notion that people would have in mind when they see Hailey in her gown like a princess. Though her hairstylist, Basallo, wanted to go for something cool and edgy with the hair to pair with this romantic flow gown. Then, went on the beautiful sparkly veil which covered a part of her forehead but definitely gave a delicate touch and an interesting feel to the whole look as no one sported something like this on the red carpet that evening. The blinding highlight, which can't really be noticed much in pictures, was using Laura Mercier's products. How beautiful does she actually look?! Also, in love with her diamond choker, good choice Hailey!

There's no doubt about it, but the most eye-catching thing about Stacey's look is her hair. The combination of vintage rolls with modern day twists, is something she pulled off really well. Many would say its a fashion risk when experimenting with such hairstyles, but I think she did a fabulous job with the entire look. The nude & bronze makeup really complements her complexion, and a bit of highlight that pops makes it all worth it as its all just the right amount of makeup and has blended in so well with her skin tones. Love the brown lip color on her too. You make it all worth it, Stacey!

This midnight blue gown made Reese look so graceful, especially when paired with the right amount of makeup. She had a dash of blue over her eyes, and the rest was all fresh which was the best part as she didn't go too loud with such a dark gown and that's how the gown stood out even more. Rosy cheeks and soft lips suited her fun hair pin up. I would definitely give a heads up to the hairstylist for the creativity to transform a simple pin up to something quite fashion- friendly. This hair for a fashion show on the ramp and on models would look so good. Maybe you've started a hair trend now Reese!
